I thought it would take a few more days based on other things I’ve ordered before, but this showed up quickly. The packaging was in good shape too, so no complaints from me

I didn’t expect the refund process to be this frustrating. I had to return my order, but the steps weren’t clear at all, and I kept feeling like I was going in circles. After finally sending it back, the refund took way longer than I thought it would. It ended up being a annoying experience overall.

For what you pay, it’s a solid buy — nothing fancy, but it does the job. I really don’t have any complaints, decent value overall.

I bought a Braun shaver from braunshop.co.uk and was hoping it would feel a bit more premium for the price. It wasn’t terrible by any means, but I did expect a little better overall.

At first it worked well, but after a few weeks the head started to feel slightly loose and the shave doesn’t seem quite as smooth as it did in the beginning. The plastic also feels a bit lighter than I’d hoped, which makes it feel less sturdy.

Delivery was fine and the ordering process was straightforward, so there were definitely no issues there. I’m just not fully convinced by the quality of the shaver itself, so I probably wouldn’t be in a hurry to buy the same one again

I bought this shaver from braunshop i’m disappointed. It just doesn’t give a close shave, and I had to keep going over the same spots again and again... still ended up with stubble. For the price, it really wasn’t worth it for me :(

It was kind of exhausting. I went in looking for a few things, and pretty much everything I wanted was unavailable. I left feeling mentally drained and empty-handed.

I did find what I needed, so I guess the site technically does its job. But checkout was slow, and the whole thing feels like a clumsy little dinosaur trying to keep up.

I had an issue with my shaver, so I reached out to the Braun shop about the warranty. It took a couple of days for them to get back to me, so I’m guessing they might’ve just been busy or dealing with a backlog. Once they replied, though, they were helpful and got the part sent out that I needed. Not the fastest service ever, but it worked out fine in the end.

I was looking around for this part and finally find it here. It was what I needed, so that part was good, but it is feeling a bit pricey for what it was
